Founded in the late 18th century and nestled in heart of South Carolina The City of Dillon was originally inhabited by Native Americans and later became a staple in the area's trade and agriculture market. Late into the 18th century and moving into the 19th century the railroad had carved a path through Dillon County leading to further expansion and growth. In the present The City of Dillon continues to stand tall remembering its rich history while simultaneously leading the way in innovation, technology, education, and small business.
